BARISTA OAT

The oat milk doesn’t split or curdle in my espresso, which has been a problem with other plant milks I’ve tried. Since it’s gluten free now, I can pour it into my morning coffee without a second thought, and the texture comes out properly silky every time.

It steams into a latte with zero grittiness and holds that nice microfoam crown, which is exactly what I needed for flat whites at home. Being gluten-free now is a bonus since my sister can share a carton when she visits.
