PAY WHAT YOU WANT: Barista Oat

The pay-what-you-want setup is a nice little gamble, but the oat milk itself is the real win—it steams up creamy and doesn't split in my espresso. I grabbed a case and it's been perfect for flat whites all week.

The price was right for a whole case, and the organic oat base steamed up with a nice, creamy texture for my morning flat white. Only gripe is the shipping took a few days longer than I hoped, but the value makes up for it.

Steamed it this morning and the oat flavor came through nicely without turning chalky — the organic ingredients are a plus for sure. Took a star off only because the pay-what-you-want setup felt a bit gimmicky to navigate, but the case of multipacks arrived quick and well packed.
